MTF
is the brainchild of Adjarn Vince, Chinese fitness entrepreneur Han Ke and Chinese fitness guru Star Ji. It
is a Muay Thai fitness system designed primarily for fitness clubs and
personal training. It is a training derivative of Muay Thai which takes
out the hard impact and sparring, and focuses on dynamic sets of
cardio-strength conditioning routines. It is not a TaeBo or kickboxing
aerobics program. It is a Thai Boxing physical conditioning system with
authentic techniques and movements, but geared towards students who
want to lose weight, look fit and feel confident.
